Robert Oxford

Robert started shooting at Chobham Rifle Club soon after his age acquired a second digit, then arrived at Charterhouse School with his rifle where he became captain and a member of the 1987 Athelings team (his first, and so far only, visit to Connaught ranges).  He has shot in Cyprus, Belgium, Germany, Canada, India, Australia, and is a regular visitor to Jersey.  Robert shoots for Kent and has represented Wales in the National, Mackinnon, America Match, CSF and Commonwealth Games.  In the rare moments when he is not doing something shooting or ammunition related he works as a software engineer just a stone’s throw from Bisley ranges.
