First day on the Range
Today the team got down to business, with individual shoots at 300m (won by James Watson with 50.8) and 
500m (Derek Lowe is in three way tie shoot with 50.7) before the first match – a team of 12 shooting 2&15 at 800m and 900m. With a fickle albeit light fishtail wind and some difficult sight pictures, GBRT scored a very creditable 1775.173 (ex 1800.360) to pip our hosts, ORA who scored 1745. New ties all round! Top scorer for GBRT was Nigel Ball with 150.15. Full scores can now be found through the following link, and this spreadsheet will be updated throughout each day and during the matches in the DCRA meeting next week.
Team lollipops were awarded to: Liam (services to water), Dave Y (pot washing), James (winning the Gibson), Chris x 2 (losing a GB flash and unearthing Oli’s lost tool kit two days later in the folds of his mat).
