Reg Roberts
Reg is an owner/director of a group of recruitment agencies in the South of England and owns and operates property investment portfolios in the UK, Australia and Canada.
Reg started his shooting career as a cadet in 1971 with The Kings School in Sydney. He progressed with representative honours at school, university and state until he emigrated to the UK in 1983. This is Reg’s 11th overseas tour and 7th to Canada. He was Captain of the GB team to Australia in 2005 and Kolapore Captain in 2016. He was a target coach for the 2007 and 2015 winning Palma teams. He has 14 Queens’s badges, 11 St Georges and 5 Grand Aggregate crosses and he won the Bronze badge in HM Queens Prize in 1984.
Reg is married to Jennifer and has 4 offspring, 2 of whom, also shoot. He is a bit of a fitness fanatic and loves to ski, surf, fish and muck out Jennifer’s stables!
With a Canadian ski instructor’s qualification under his belt, at the age of 17, he thought that would be his profession. He soon gave it up as living out of a suitcase for 2 years was not his idea of fun!
