Richard Birtwistle

Richard is a management consultant working for The Berkeley Partnership, based in Central London.

Richard began shooting at school many years ago; he shot for both Cambridge and Oxford, and currently shoots for Hampshire. He has been selected for the National twice and as reserve for the Mackinnon for England. He has toured to the Channel Islands and the US but this is his first tour to Canada since Athelings in 1993. This tour represents his first Great Britain cap.

Richard is married to Kerry and has two young children, trouble and mischief…… Rory and Emilia. When not shooting, Richard enjoys being active with cycling, running and kite surfing. However, when shooting, he can often be found sleeping on the firing point or in his hammock.
