Saturday

0800 – 0830: Coaches and management meet at BCRC
0830 – 0900: Full team briefing at BCRC and then move to 300 yards
0930 – 1200: 2&10 @ 300 twice
1200 – 1300: lunch at BCRC(provided)
1330 – 1730: Canada Match course of fire (2&10 @ 300, 500 and 600)
1730 (or immediately after shooting): Team briefing at BCRC
1900 for 1930: BBQ at Hogleas Hall (partners welcome)

Sunday
0840: meet at 1000 yards ready to shoot
0900 – 1200: 2&10 @ 1000 twice
1200 – 1300: lunch at BCRC (provided)
1330 – 1700: Commonwealth Match course of fire (2&10 @ 900 and 1000)
1700 (or immediately after shooting): Team briefing at BCRC and pack up

Points to note:
Each target team will operate as a unit of 4 firers and 1 coach. Additional firers to fill in following
completion of the 4 original firers (but not join in plotting/target rota). Plotter for the 4th firer to
remain and plot for additional firer.

Coaches to bring spotting scopes/chairs.

Robertson, de Vere and Dix to bring plotting kit (scope, chair, weather writer).

Hockley to bring headsets (with assistance from Golaszewski).
Don’t forget water/snacks and suncream/waterproofs as appropriate.
